Chai Biryani Dosa was born from a simple dream – to share the authentic tastes of India with the beautiful community of Werribee. Our founders, originally from Hyderabad, brought with them generations of family recipes and the traditional art of Indian cooking.

A traditional cutting-chai glass inside the “C” represents Indian street culture, warmth, friendship, conversations, and everyday memories shared over a hot cup of tea.
Biryani
The grain of biryani layered inside “B” symbolizes rich flavours, warmth, and the timeless joy of sharing biryani, celebrating heritage, indulgence, and the essence of true Nawabi taste.
Dosa
